Over the past 29 years, I have had several debates with my friends over which season is better. In Michigan, Summer brings tourists and locals alike to some of Michigan’s most popular beaches. As the leaves change color, Fall season brings the most beautiful, and mesmerising scenic overlooks. Winter in Michigan can be a winter wonderland for those who love snow and outdoor activities. Unlike those people, I do enjoy a cup of hot chocolate though-but that’s about it.

It’s a really tough decision, but I think as a Michigander, I would have to say Fall is by far one of the best seasons we get to experience. Not only do we have the scenic M-22 route to view some of the most gorgeous colors, but we are blessed to experience the perfect formula for bon fires, pumpkin carving, and Apple orchards. Colder weather+the smell of crisp autumn leaves+and anything pumpkin= Fall time in Michigan.

Because there are cooler temperatures, and the sunset is starting to set a little earlier in Michigan, it reminded me how excited I am for Fall. What better way to bring on your favorite season, other than a Campfire White Russian!?

The recipe is very simple, but I doubled my recipe to fill the glass that you see in the picture above. This recipe is really fun to make because you can be as creative as you like!
The recipe calls for a LOT of alcohol, as any good drink should. To add more flavor and mixture to the drink , I placed 4 graham cracker squares in a bowl of milk, and let the milk sit in my fridge overnight. After taste testing the milk to see if it picked up any of the Graham cracker flavor, I separated the Graham crackers from the milk, and saved the infused milk for the cocktail. This adds the graham cracker flavor.
- 2 oz of Whipped Vodka
- 1 oz of Kahula/Coffee Liquor
- 1 oz of Infused Graham Cracker Milk
- Crushed Graham Crackers for garnish
- Chocolate sauce for decorating
- Marshmallows for garnish
- Chilled espresso (optional)
Because I wanted to make more of a lighter option, I used fat free milk and lite Hershey’s syrup. Once you combined the Whipped Cream Vodka, Infused Graham Cracker Milk, and Coffee Liquor into a shaker with ice, shake what your momma gave yeah! Drain the heavenly mixture into a glass, and top with graham cracker pieces and two browned marshmallows. Yum!
